Work — 2026
Keystone
A project tracker for people with too many projects — status, tasks, bugs, time and notes, entirely on-device.
Runs on: iphone
Keystone is a native iOS tracker for anyone running more projects than they can hold in their head. Each project carries a status, priority, tags, a task list, a bug list, time logs and notes. Tasks and bugs are dictated with on-device speech recognition, and dragged from one list to the other when a bug turns out to be work.
Today is the mode that gets used most: a short list of the projects worth touching today, cleared automatically at the start of each new day and mirrored on a home screen widget. A separate Calendar tab holds dated obligations — insurance, revisions, renewals — on a unit-and-interval recurrence rule, with local alerts and one-way mirroring into the system calendar.
SwiftData with CloudKit sync, iOS 17+, no server and no account to sign into. Backups are a plain JSON array of projects, and an import replaces projects only — notes stay local, so a restore never clobbers them.
