AnyTimer: Interval Timer
Effective 1 September 2026
BitFlow Labs ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our app, AnyTimer: Interval Timer ("AnyTimer" or the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
You can use AnyTimer without an account. Signing in is optional, and unlocks saving and syncing your own timers.
1. Information We Collect
- Timers you create — names, intervals, durations, and settings. If you are signed in, these are stored in our database so they are available on your other devices. If you are not signed in, they stay on your device.
- Account information (optional) — if you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a user identifier in order to associate your timers with you. You may instead use the App anonymously.
- Usage analytics — we use Firebase Analytics to understand which features are used and how the App performs. This is collected as events tied to an app-instance identifier, along with general device and app information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and approximate region.
- Crash reports — we use Firebase Crashlytics. When the App crashes, it sends a diagnostic report including device state and a stack trace, so we can fix the fault.
- Purchases — if you buy PRO, the transaction is handled by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details. We receive and verify the purchase receipt in order to unlock PRO features on your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the App: storing your timers, syncing them, and unlocking PRO features.
- To diagnose crashes and fix defects.
- To understand which features are used, so we know what to improve.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
3. Service Providers
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the App work:
- Supabase — hosts the database and authentication used to store your account and your saved timers.
- Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) — receives usage events and crash diagnostics.
- Google Sign-In — used only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Apple and Google — process in-app purchases and provide the receipts we verify.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Storage and Security
Account and timer data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and you use the App at your own risk.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and timers for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, the timers associated with it are deleted. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase according to Google's retention settings for our project.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Use the App anonymously, without providing an email address.
- Delete individual timers, or your whole account, from within the App.
- Limit analytics through your device's advertising and tracking settings — on iOS, under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Analytics & Improvements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent where collection is based on it. To exercise these rights, contact us ationut@bitflowlabs.dev.
7. Children's Privacy
AnyTimer is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
